Belly Dance Classes

If you are looking for just plain old belly dancing, don't look here! There is nothing
plain about Sirens In Sanity classes...At each class, students are encouraged to dress
in colorful dance attire, skirts, harem pants, bodysuits or bras, and noisy coin belts.
Sirens believe that the richness of your dress will transfer over into a richness in your
dancing.
Sirens In Sanity has built their reputation upon a dance style which is unique, original,
and creative. Students get more than basic belly dance technique, they learn how to apply
the technique to their own particular essence which allows each dancer to develop a style
of their own. Students learn not only the essential belly dance movements of the hips,
stomach, arms, shoulders and head, they also learn how to perform with confidence and
keep the audience wanting more! This is a strength of Sirens In Sanity and their
students and troupe members are proof of their success.
"Dynamic", "Expressive", "Elegant", and "Diverse" are the words which
have been used to describe Sirens In Sanity performances.
Classes are taught by the directors of Sirens In Sanity - Saiedeh & Yasmine. It's
a terrific workout and lots of fun!!!

Level 1 Technique - Thursday 6:00-7:00pm |
| This class is offered for the new dancer or the more advanced dancer who would like an intensive review of belly dance basics. Instructor: Chari "Saiedeh" Garrett.

Level 2 Technique and Choreography - Tuesday 6-7pm |
| This is a level 2 class, to be intended to add to you level 1 training. Weekly
choreography projects and technique will be the focus. Taught by Chari "Saiedeh" Garrett.

Level 3 Technique - Taking It To The Next Level - Monday 7:15-8:15pm |
| This class is designed to take the more advanced dancer to the next level. Through exploration of
different music, belly dance styles and choreography, we will give you the necessary tools to develop your own
particular style and increase your knowledge of how to a assemble a complete belly dance routine. Instructor:

Tribal Fusion w/ Zyphire - Thurs. 7:15-8:15pm |
| This class is for all existing students of Sirens In Sanity Studio who want to learn/dance Tribal
Fusion Belly Dance. We ask if you are a brand new student to SIS, please take the Level 1 class on Thurs. with Saiedeh and
then add this class as an additional class to your weekly belly dance schedule. Instructor: Bari "Zyphire" Hendershot.

| This wonderful morning class is taught by a guest instructor. Brief description:
music and movement for children 0-5 and the grown-ups who love them. Classes provide a
nurturing environment for acquiring basic music competence:keeping a beat and singing in tune.

Ballroom Classes by Esther Jobrack - By appt. only. |
| Learn social level Ballroom and Latin dance instruction. The teaching method is
fun, and easy going. Laughing together will undoubtedly be a part of the class. Lessons will
cover posture, floor craft, etiquette and leading skills in Fox Trot, Waltz, and Jitterbug,
Latin styling and rhythms in Cha Cha Cha, Rhumba, and Mambo/Salsa. Partners are not required.
Please gentlemen no hats. Avoid athletic shoes, because they don't allow you to turn freely.

the first idea to the stage! We can help you choose, professionally edit your music and put
